1. Material:
The cotton swab tips are crafted from a double-layer polyester fabric, which is known for its cleanliness, non-shedding properties, and strong adsorption capabilities. These attributes enable effective collection of minute particles and chemical residues, while also exhibiting good resistance to most solvents and chemical corrosion. The swab sticks are made from polypropylene, which provides low particulate generation and is free from adhesives and has the flexibility to resist breakage.

2. Performance:
These swabs boast strong liquid absorption, durability, and wear resistance. They can rapidly absorb large volumes of liquid without easily tearing, shedding, or scratching the surfaces they are used on. Additionally, they contain less chemical residues, ensuring that surfaces remain largely free from post-wiping chemical deposits.

3. Dimensions:
The cotton swab tips measure 13.5mm in width, 2.8mm in thickness, and 25mm in length. The sticks are 6.6 mm wide, 2.4 mm thick and 100 mm long, resulting in an overall swab length of 125 mm.

4. Design:
The swabs feature a flat, hard-core, large-headed design for easy handling. The cotton sticks have notches for easy breaking. The stick is green in color and is achieved by a heat-shrinking process that binds the swab head to the stick, eliminating the risk of contamination from adhesive. The swab tips are sealed with a perfect edge technology to prevent fiber release, further reducing the risk of adhesive contamination.

6. Performance and Usage:
They offer good water absorption and high cleanliness levels. The flat, hard-core, large-headed design is ideal for wiping larger surfaces, and the ultra-clean swab tips are particularly suited for sampling and analysis.
